This tour will take place rain or shine
• Please note that you will need your passport number to fill in the accident insurance form at the sanctuary
• The pickup time confirmation will be sent by the local partner in a separate email after booking
• Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. The driver will be holding a sign with Krabi Elephant Shelter written on it. Drivers will wait no longer than 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
• Guests from any island, Centara Grand Beach, or Railay have to meet us at Nopparat Thara Pier, Nong Nuch Pier, Ao Nam Mao Pier, or Ao Nang Pier.
• Pickup Area: Ao Nang and Klong Muang
Other areas such as Krabi Town, Ao Thalane, or locations further away will incur an additional charge.
For guests staying in Railay, please note that boat transfer fees (both arrival and return) are to be paid by the guest.
