Day 1: Zanzibar – Dar es Salaam – Morogoro – Mikumi

Your adventure begins early in the morning as you board the 07:00 am ferry from Zanzibar to Dar es Salaam, arriving at 08:30 am. From there, you’ll catch the 09:30 am train to Morogoro, a scenic ride that reaches Morogoro at 11:15 am.

Upon arrival, your private driver will be waiting to take you to Mikumi, arriving around 1:30 pm. Check in at your mid-range hotel and enjoy a freshly prepared lunch. After some rest, your cultural experience begins at 4:30 pm with a visit to a Maasai village, where you’ll learn about their traditions, lifestyle, dances, and daily activities.

Return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

️ Day 2: Full-Day Game Drive in Mikumi National Park

After an early breakfast, you’ll head straight into Mikumi National Park for a full-day safari. Explore the open savannah in a 4×4 and look out for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, hippos, buffalos, and many more animals.

Lunch will be served inside the park, surrounded by nature. Continue game viewing in the afternoon before returning to your hotel in the evening for dinner and rest.


️ Day 3: Mikumi – Morogoro – Dar es Salaam – Zanzibar
After breakfast, depart from Mikumi and drive back to Morogoro to board the morning train to Dar es Salaam. Once you arrive in Dar, you’ll transfer to the ferry terminal and catch your boat back to Zanzibar, arriving with unforgettable safari memories that last a lifetime.
