Join Suricata Safaris for a thrilling 3-day camping safari through Tanzania’s iconic Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater, starting and ending in Arusha. This adventure is perfect for wildlife enthusiasts, offering an immersive experience in two of the most famous conservation areas in the world.
Day 1: Arusha – Serengeti National Park
Your adventure begins with an early morning departure from Arusha, driving through the beautiful Tanzanian landscape toward the Serengeti. Upon arrival, enjoy a delicious lunch before embarking on an exciting afternoon game drive across the vast Serengeti plains. Keep an eye out for the Big Five—lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, and rhinoceros—as well as many other fascinating species. Camp overnight under the stars, surrounded by the Serengeti’s incredible wilderness.
Day 2: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater
Start your day with an early morning game drive in the Serengeti, taking in the stunning sights of wildlife as the sun rises over the plains. After lunch, you'll leave the Serengeti behind and drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. On the way, enjoy the beautiful scenery and have a chance to relax before reaching your camp near the Ngorongoro Crater, where you will overnight.
Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha
On the final day, wake up early and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a memorable game drive in this UNESCO World Heritage site. The crater is home to a rich variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, zebras, and flamingos. After a morning of wildlife viewing, we’ll drive back to Arusha, where you’ll arrive in the afternoon, concluding your safari with unforgettable memories of Tanzania's natural beauty.

- It's essential to pack the right clothing for your safari. We recommend neutral colors like white, beige, and green. Be sure to bring a warm sweater, socks, and a jacket, as nighttime temperatures can drop to around 5°C
- Luggage limit: 10kg per person. Additional luggage can be stored in the hotel's storage room. Duffel bags are recommended Mosquito repellent with a high mint concentration
- Binoculars for enhanced viewing (guides will have one available to share in the vehicle)
