Love music but don't know how to dance? Want to get fit but hate going to the gym and doing boring repetitive exercises? Natasha has the solution for you!!
This one hour dance class in nature will get your heart pumping, your face smiling, your legs and arms moving and your hips grooving :) We take music requests before class to get you moving to your favourite beats, and will adapt the dance moves according to your own ability on the day. Never danced before, don't worry, there's no judgement here. It's all about having fun and bringing your best energy. Together we'll move through a warm up, stretching, then dance through a playlist of upbeat afro, amapiano, and cheesy pop songs until the final cooldown and stretching. After the class you'll have the opportunity to buy a drink at the Kingstone Asilia bar and chill in the outdoor nature hangout on a coffee plantation.
Natasha believes that dancing and movement is the key to a happy life. Stamp away your worries, breathe full and deep in the fresh air of the coffee plantation, and feel the beat of the music in a no-judgement, freeing environment.

- Drop off and pickup from central Arusha is available for an additional 15USD total (40000tsh) or we can show you how to take the bus to Kambi ya Chupa Madukani for only 700tsh, and a bike to the venue for just 1500tsh.
- Water and other alcoholic drinks can be purchased at the bar, or you can bring your own water.
- Fancy food after the event? Kingstone Asilia also serve buffet vegetarian meals for 20,000tsh (approx 8USD)
