Green Island is a small island with no beach, so it is only for snorkeling. If the weather or waves are bad, the operator may change the snorkeling location without notice. No refunds will be given.
Guests who are pregnant or have high blood pressure, heart disease and bone diseases are not recommended to join the tour.
On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
Pickup is available for all hotels within Kata, Karon, Patong, Phuket Town, Nakalay, and Siray. The pickup time starts between 08:00 am. and 09:30 am. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet your tour guide at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the guide has moved on from your hotel.
