The next day, the road takes you to Béja to explore the Roman remains of Sbeitla and visit an artisanal cheese factory. The third day is dedicated to Cap Bon: you'll discover the ancient site of Utica, the medina of Hammamet, then participate in a harissa-making workshop and a tasting at a winery.
