Savannah becomes a giant outdoor game board in this hands-on history adventure created for curious young explorers.

Instead of a traditional walking tour, children become Savannah Sleuths, using clue cards and detective tools to investigate historic landmarks, uncover details, decode clues, and solve age-appropriate challenges throughout Savannah’s historic district.

Each stop introduces a new clue and another piece of Savannah’s history. Young sleuths may examine ironwork patterns, search for architectural details, match shapes and symbols, answer historical questions, and solve riddles that guide them toward their next discovery.

A local guide leads the experience from beginning to end. The guide introduces each mission, explains how the detective tools work, shares the history behind the locations, encourages children as they work through the clues, and helps the group discover details they might otherwise overlook. This makes Savannah Sleuths a guided and structured activity rather than a self-led scavenger hunt.
