Join a hands-on Thai cooking class and learn how to make authentic dishes from scratch. Work in small groups to create a 3-course meal, including Tom Yum Soup, Pad Thai, and Thai Beef Salad.

Get tips and tricks from an experienced chef, and enjoy a glass of wine as you cook. Afterward, sit down to feast on the delicious dishes you’ve prepared.

Receive a recipe book to take home, so you can recreate the flavors of Thailand in your own kitchen.

Class format - Vanilla Zulu Cooking Classes are a mixture of demonstration and group cooking practices. Instead of individual work stations, students will work in pairs and cook in groups of 4. And afterwards, enjoy a feast of the meals prepared. Demonstration aspects of classes ensure we cover enough content to make you into a fabulous chef. We do not believe in making you peel carrots or chop onions!
