Your adventure begins very early with the departure from Quito, heading for the mythical Avenue of the Volcanoes, where you can enjoy the stunning views of the Cotopaxi, Los Ilinizas, and Rumiñahui mountains silhouetted against the Andean sky.

The first stop takes you to a traditional house in the páramo, where you'll learn about guinea pig breeding up close and discover its deep cultural significance for the indigenous communities of the Ecuadorian highlands.

Continuing the tour, you'll reach the highlight of the day: the Quilotoa Lagoon, after a great excursion through a spectacular volcanic crater with blue-green waters produced by natural sulfur. According to local legend, the gods Quilotoa and Toachi fought here for the reflection of the sky in the lagoon. You'll have free time to trek to its vantage points and take unforgettable photos of the landscape.

Afterwards, you'll visit a craft workshop in the Tigua Community, famous for its colorful paintings that tell stories of indigenous ancestral traditions. Before returning, you'll stop at the imposing Toachi River Canyon, a natural formation 30 km long and 100 meters deep, sculpted by ancient volcanic eruptions.

The day concludes with a comfortable return trip to Quito, with direct drop-off at your hotel.
