Due to tide times we will not be able to wait for latecomers

Equipment :
Waterproof windbreaker, backpack, warm sweater, quick-drying shorts, hat, cap, sunscreen, sunglasses, water, snack...
Bring a towel and a change for your return.

I strongly recommend going barefoot.
Outings in the Bay require good physical condition.
The guide gives himself the right to refuse to accompany someone in the bay, from a safety perspective.

For any tours departing from Mont Saint-Michel consider it takes 45 minutes from the park area until the entrence.

On the erased traces of forgotten paths, between sky, earth and sea, crossing sometimes capricious rivers, dancing on the quick sands, at the foot of the Archangel Saint Michael... before the sea comes to cover our steps.
