Climb in one of Corfu’s most beautiful spots and enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the Diapondian Islands. No prior experience for this beginner's rock climbing experience.
Experience Corfu from a different perspective.
Climb in one of Corfu’s most beautiful spots and enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the Diapondian Islands. No prior experience but a basic fitness required. Suitable for children over 7 years.
The climbing will take place in the village Makrades, situated in the north west of Corfu.
We will introduce you to some very basic climbing techniques.
You will be climbing ''top-tope'', which is the safest method of climbing, where the climber is ascending and is securely attached to a rope which has been threaded through an anchor at the top of the route beforehand.
The climbing course is for approx. 2 hours and will take place in the morning, at an arranged time between 09:00 and 12:00, while there is shade, or in the evening during sunset hours.
