From Surabaya: Mount Bromo and Ijen 2D1N Shared Guided Tour

Start at midnight from Surabaya, visit Mount Bromo for sunrise, hike the crater, then head to Ijen for the Blue Flame and stunning views. Tour ends at Ketapang Port (to Bali) or back to Surabaya.
The tour starts at midnight from Surabaya as the pick up point. The guide will meet you and go to Cemoro Lawang village. The first step, we went to the hills to witness the sunrise from the deck. While waiting for the sun to come, we will serve tea or coffee to fight the cold morning. After that we went to a sand dune with Jeep 4WD to hike to the summit of Mount Bromo.
Mount Bromo is one of active mountains in East Java and part of the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park, which lies within the larger Tengger massif. It stands at approximately 2,329 meters (7,641 feet) above sea level and is surrounded by a vast, ancient caldera with a diameter of about 10 kilometers (6 miles). The landscape is dominated by volcanic peaks, including Mount Bromo, Mount Semeru (the highest peak in Java at 3,676 meters or 12,060 feet), Mount Batok, and Mount Widodaren.

After cek out from Bromo Area we continue to Bondowoso city where we will stay overnight before Mount Ijen. Starting at midnight from the hotel, the guide will bring us to Paltuding hub or Ijen Starting Area (1,5 Hours Drive). After preparation is done, let's hike, lead by a local guide to Mount Ijen.
Mount Ijen is famous for the natural phenomenon “blue Flame” which comes out from the rim of the caldera. In Mount Ijen the visitors must walk to reach the summit about 2 kilometers away, with 30 - 45 degree of elevation. On the top of the mountain Ijen has a beautiful crater with green and blue colors. On the other side, we can find a lot of work in the sulphur mine.
The tour will finish after hiking in Mount Ijen, you can take 2 options of that, transfer to Ketapang Port if you go to Bali or Back to Surabaya.
