Enjoy a half-day tour of Vesuvius, driving along a scenic route past black ash and lava rocks. The 6-hour tour takes you from Sorrento on the Amalfi Coast to the rim of the volcano crater, where you can capture stunning panoramic views of the Bay of Naples and beyond.
After your exhilarating climb, wind your way back down to visit a wine farm, located at the foot of the mountain. Stroll through the vineyards and learn about the winemaking process. Then, sit down to a leisurely lunch of bruschetta with cherry tomatoes, local cheese and salami, spaghetti with fresh tomatoes, and typical Neapolitan pastiera pie, served with grappa liquor.
