Our route will start in the heart of the historic old town and take us through some of Naples' most iconic sites, including alleyways, squares, churches and historic palaces. We'll walk along Spaccanapoli, observing how Naples has changed over the centuries and how traces of the past are still visible in everyday life.

We will stop at Piazza San Domenico Maggiore, where we will talk about the history of the square, the church and the prominent families that have shaped the life of the city. From here, we will head to Piazza del Gesù Nuovo, dominated by the distinctive façade of the church and the imposing Obelisk of the Immacolata.

But Naples is not just about monuments. It is made up of stories.

Along the way, I will tell you about the myths and legends associated with the city, intriguing characters, popular traditions, and details that often go unnoticed on a first visit. We'll find out why Naples has always been linked to the sea, to mythology and to the ancient world, and how the various civilizations that have inhabited it have left their mark.
