You will be picked up by a car from your accommodation in Kisumu after breakfast.
Take a boat charter directly from Dunga Beach in Kisumu to Ndere Island. This scenic boat ride across Lake Victoria takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Arrive at Ndere Island. Begin your adventure with a hike up the island's hills to enjoy panoramic views of Lake Victoria, Homa Hills, and other surrounding islands.
The park is home to species like impalas, hippos, baboons, and Nile crocodiles.
Enjoy a packed picnic lunch on the island's shore.
Engage in bird watching. The island is a bird haven with over 100 species, including African Fish Eagles.
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Relax by the lake as you wait to board the boat for your return trip to Kisumu.
Arrive back at Dunga Beach in Kisumu.
Later you will be transferred to your accommodation to rest or have dinner.
