Set sail from Tromso for the outer coast of Norway for an unobstructed view of the ocean. From here, only the Barents Sea separates you from Svalbard and the north pole.
Along the way, you can take in the coastline of Kvaløya dotted by fishing villages, idyllic boathouses, and fish drying racks.
Keep an eye out for birdlife that is particularly active and lively in the summer months, specifically puffins that nest on a few remote islands along the Norwegian coast between May and August.
