Tour Machu Picchu by train where we can appreciate a magnificent tour to the Historical Sanctuary of Machu Picchu

The tour to Machu Picchu one day begins with the pick-up at Plaza Regocijo, which is located within the historic center of Cusco at 4:00 a.m. (recommended time), and then board our vehicle and go to the train station at the town of Ollantaytambo for approximately 2 hours.

Once located at the train station we can find 2 companies Inca Rail and Peru Rail that operate the route Ollantaytambo – Machupicchu Pueblo (Viceversa). We will board the tourist train bound for Machu Picchu Pueblo, the travel time is approximately 2 hours.

Machu Picchu town

Once we arrive at the train station in Machu Pueblo, our Chullos Travel Peru representative will be waiting with a sign along with his name, to coordinate all the final details before taking the tour.

Later you will be transferred to the Consettur bus station to board the bus to the entrance gate of Machu Picchu, with a duration of 30 minutes.

At the entrance gate our guide will be waiting for you to start the tour within the citadel of Machu Picchu, you will be able to see the most important points for a period of time of approximately 2 hrs 30 min.

Return to the city of Cusco

According to the established time of return to Ollantaytambo we go 30 minutes before to the train station to board our respective train heading to Ollantaytambo (2 hours approx.); Our mobility will be waiting for your arrival for the respective transfer back to the city of Cusco. The approximate arrival time is 8:30 pm.
