Enjoy a different alternative in your visit to the city of Cusco and visit a town that still maintains its Inca traditions.
We will start our excursion by picking you up at your hotel and drive to the town of Ollantaytambo. We will start with a visit to the temple of Marqacocha and the archaeological centre.
We will visit the Queuña Qocha Mayu association (Huilloc Alto).
We will have a reception with typical costumes of the place and we will also taste mates with natural products.
Afterwards we will take a walk to the Suchococha Lagoon where we will see a great variety of agricultural tools and observe an offering to the Pachamama (Mother Earth).
We will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch with local products accompanied by live music.
We will be able to participate in a demonstration of local weavings.
Finally we will have a pleasant farewell of the community and we will return to Cusco city.
