This unique experience lets you closely follow the entire sacred ritual of Cozido das Furnas. It all starts in the kitchen, where the chef meticulously prepares the pot, layer by layer, with the best local ingredients. Then, you'll witness the magical and almost ancestral moment when the pot is carefully buried in the volcanic earth, where natural geysers slowly cook it for hours.

The climax comes when the pot is pulled out, emerging from the earth still shrouded in aromatic and intense vapors, a spectacle for the senses. The tasting takes place at the table of the À TERRA restaurant, where the flavors, intensified by geothermal cooking, come to life in a true celebration of the palate.
