Day 1: Bucharest – Peles Castle – Bran Castle – Brasov – Sighisoara

Once the summer residence of Romania’s royal family, the castle is famous for its opulent interiors, intricate woodwork, and stunning mountain views.

Next, visit the legendary Bran Castle, often associated with Dracula’s myth. The castle, perched on a rocky hilltop, offers breathtaking views and an intriguing history. Explore its medieval chambers, secret passageways, and learn about Vlad the Impaler, the historical inspiration for Dracula.

In the afternoon, explore Brasov, a charming medieval city surrounded by mountains. Day 2: Sighisoara – Sibiu – Bucharest
Start the day by exploring Sighisoara’s medieval citadel, famous for its colorful houses, cobbled streets, and medieval charm. Highlights include the Clock Tower, the symbol of Sighisoara with a stunning panoramic view, Vlad Dracul’s House, the birthplace of Vlad the Impaler, and the Covered Staircase, a wooden passageway leading to the Church on the Hill.

Next, head to Sibiu, one of Romania’s most beautiful cities, known for its well-preserved Saxon architecture. The walking tour covers the Large Square (Piața Mare) and the Small Square (Piața Mică), the Bridge of Lies, a famous historic landmark, and the Evangelical Cathedral, an impressive Gothic church.
