Your experience begins with a warm Sri Lankan welcome at our family home in Galle, where you will be welcomed into our traditional family environment and introduced to the story behind our jewellery-making craft. Enjoy a traditional welcome snack and a special surprise drink inspired by Sri Lankan traditions before your hands-on workshop begins.
Next, meet our master jewellery maker, who brings more than 45 years of experience and knowledge passed down through generations of our family. He and our family will guide you through the fascinating process of creating your own jewellery, sharing traditional techniques, tools, and stories along the way.
During the hands-on session, you will have the opportunity to choose your preferred jewellery design and selected gemstone, then learn how to shape, work, and finish your own piece with personal guidance from our experienced family craftsmen. Whether you are creating a ring, bracelet, pendant, or another piece, you will be supported throughout the process while enjoying a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
As a special part of the experience, you will receive a complimentary gemstone from our selected collection to include in your jewellery, making your creation even more personal and memorable.
The experience lasts approximately 3 hours and is limited to a maximum of 6 guests per time slot, allowing us to give each guest personal attention and guidance. This experience takes place at our authentic Sri Lankan family home and jewellery workshop in Galle.The experience lasts approximately 3 hours and is limited to a maximum of 6 guests per time slot, allowing for personal attention.Guests will participate in hands-on jewellery making under the instruction of a instructer(Hasitha) of experience.Jewellery designs can be selected according to our catologs, subject to the available materials and workshop process.Comfortable clothing is recommended as this is a hands-on craft experience.Please arrive on time so you can enjoy the complete 3-hour experience without missing any part of the workshop.This is more than a jewellery class—you will experience genuine Sri Lankan family hospitality, traditional craftsmanship, and local culture in a personal home environment.
