Arrival in Zaghouan, visit the Medina and introduction to its Andalusian heritage, visit the mausoleum of Sidi Ali Azouz and admire the unique architectural style including the famous dome of the Zaouïa, continue to the Roman water temple to discover the starting point of the longest Roman aqueduct in the world, and then continue to the site of the Tyrolienne platform in the heart of the Zaghouan mountains to experience the thrill of being suspended in a dazzling natural setting.

Lunch at Dar Zaghouan, a traditional Zaghouan cuisine in a guesthouse using 100% organic produce picked directly from the farm. After lunch, a glass of tea is offered in the farm's tisannerie, made with herbs from the botanical garden around a Moorish café built entirely from recycled materials.

Departure for the Ain Haroun mine caves at the foot of the Zaghouan mountain to be introduced to a very exciting mountain activity and get a second dose of adrenalin as you practice underground mining with a team of local speleologists who guide you through a veritable underground labyrinth that offers the opportunity to discover Zaghouan's mining riches, including fluorite, which are crystals that retain light in the dark (underground hike approx. 30 to 45 min).
