Learn the fundamentals of footvolley (Rio's biggest beach sport), feel the energy of the beach scene, and finish by actually playing. It’s athletic, technical, and insanely satisfying when the touches start flowing.
Meet your coach, an experienced footvolley player and coach, along with some local coaches from one of the best schools in Rio. Keep the session high-quality but fun — you’ll learn quickly without it feeling like boot camp.
Begin with a warm-up and a quick intro to footvolley rules and beach etiquette. Then, learn the fundamentals, including movement on sand, first touch, set/control, and positioning.
Practice simple attacking and defensive patterns (2v2 basics) and drills tailored to your level (beginner-friendly, but challenging if you want). Finish with a guided game so you leave knowing how it really feels.
