You’ll be welcomed with a refreshing drink and local snacks while we share a bit about the history of Brazilian food and its diverse ingredients.
Then, enjoy a fun Caipirinha Workshop, where you’ll uncover the secrets to preparing the perfect version of Brazil’s most iconic cocktail. Learn how to balance sweetness, acidity, and cachaça — just like a local.
Guided by the chef, we’ll cook together a three-course meal, discovering the traditions and stories behind each dish.
For the main course, we’ll prepare a traditional Moqueca with local fish, served with white rice brazilian style and banana farofa, bringing together rich, tropical flavors that are at the heart of Brazilian cuisine.
To finish, we’ll all sit down together to enjoy the dishes we’ve cooked — the perfect ending to a delicious and memorable Brazilian experience.
