Explore the stunning landscapes of the Tusheti region on a 4-day tour from Tbilisi. Visit the UNESCO-listed Tusheti towers,explore the village of Dartlo,enjoy traditional Georgian and Tushetian dishes
Day 1: The tour will start at 6:00 AM at the meeting place near the big bicycle on Rustaveli Avenue. Depart from Tbilisi via Gombori Pass (1620 m). Visit Alaverdi Cathedral. After Lechuri village, Stori gorge starts and Tusheti road, from where you will cross Abano pass (2826 m).

Visit the visitor center in Omalo village where you will get information about Tusheti‘s history, culture, sights, and many other things. See the Keselo Towers. After that, go to the family guesthouses. In the evening, have dinner with traditional Georgian and Tushetian dishes.

Day 2: Have breakfast at the family hotel. Then visit the villages of Dartlo, Kvavlo, Diklo, Chesho, Farsma, and Girevi. Here, find out about the courtroom where even female judges were held. Visit Tusheti towers, which are included in the UNESCO list of protected monuments and which were restored after the destruction of the village of Dartlo. Have lunch in nature and stay here until evening, then return to the hotel. In the evening, have dinner in the family hotel.

Day 3: Have breakfast in the family guest house. On this day, visit some more villages: Shenako, Diklo, and Old Diklo. Also, see Diklo Castle and St. George Church in Shenako, which dates back to the 19th century. Have lunch in nature. In the evening, return to the family guest house and have dinner. Enjoy free time.

Day 4: Have breakfast in the family guest house. After breakfast, visit Que viewpoint, then Village Bochorna, the highest living place in Europe (2345 m above sea level). After that, return to Tbilisi. On the way, have lunch. You will also meet many other villages and hamlets, many waterfalls and ravines, and if lucky enough, Niamors and many other rare species of animals and birds.
