TO ENTER IN THE COLOSSEUM IS MANDATORY TO PRESENT A VALID ID OR PASSPORT OF ALL THE VISITORS, ADULTS AND UNDER 18 (also a picture of the id/passport is accepted)
Every tourist must provide their name as shown on a valid ID, as it is required for entry to the Colosseum. Names given during booking cannot be changed; those attending must match the booking details.
All visitors must pass through a mandatory security control which can take some time depending on the number of people visiting the monument that day.
During peak times or seasons, the wait time for security checks may be significant and is UNRELATED TO THE TICKET QUEUE.
LATE ARRIVALS ARE CONSIDERED NO SHOW , which is NOT REFUNDABLE and also not possible to reschedule. The reservations have a specific entrance time , after that they expire and are not anymore valid.
