Return time: Shop 9:30–17:30. Return by 5:30 PM. Late fee may apply.
Dressing time: 45–70 min for kimono + hairstyle.
Premium items extra: Lace/silk kimono, haori hakama, furisode – ask in store for price.
Next-day return: ¥1,100 extra.
Damage/stain fee: Starts from ¥3,000. Includes makeup, food, drinks, ink, burns, tears. Full replacement cost possible. You'll be told the exact fee upon return.
Lost accessories: Charged at retail price (hairpin, obi, geta, bag, etc.).
No smoking while wearing. Avoid stain-prone food/drink (curry, soy sauce, red wine, ice cream). Remove kimono before meals if possible.
Photoshoot booking: For 1h/2h packages, check WhatsApp & email – we'll contact you to confirm time. Reply within 48h. Same-day photoshoot not guaranteed.
