The Samurai experience for international visitors will have the unique opportunity to learn from one of the most historically distinguished masters in Japan.
The instructor for this experience is a renowned martial artist with the following outstanding achievements:

Champion of the All Japan Battodo Federation National Tournament
Champion of the Toyama-ryu Iaido Battodo Federation National Tournament

The experience takes place at Arai Jutaku, a registered tangible cultural property located in Izumisano City. This extraordinary venue offers a one-of-a-kind iaido experience you cannot find elsewhere.

About Arai Jutaku
Arai Jutaku was built in 1932 by Suekichi Arai, a businessman from Semba, Osaka, as both a reception hall and a private residence in his hometown of Izumisano.

This purely Japanese-style wooden structure features a vast traditional garden surrounded by three wings: the Oku-zashiki (inner drawing room), the Zashiki (guest room), and the Main Residence. Each room offers a serene view of the garden, complemented by tatami-floored corridors and engawa (verandas). To the right, the Main Residence and a storehouse add to the historical ambiance of the property.

Enjoy a memorable experience in this historic and culturally rich setting.
