Full-day ski or snowboard trip from Sapporo with three route packages: Teine, Kokusai or Moiwa. 4-hour lessons, lift pass, ski suit, SOMPO JAPAN insurance and photos included. Lesson groups max 8.
Never skied before? Bringing the kids? Coming with your partner or your best friend? This day is built for all of you. Gear, lift pass, insurance and transfers are arranged before you arrive; you just show up and slide.
Every route includes meet-up and gear fitting at INFINITY CITY ski shop in Susukino, round-trip transfers from the shop, your lift pass, skis or snowboard with boots and ski wear, a 4-hour lesson with an internationally certified instructor (CSIA/CASI or equivalent), SOMPO JAPAN travel insurance (up to JPY 10,000,000, hospitals paid directly), and photos of your day. Groups are capped at 8. Skiers and snowboarders learn separately; kids and adults are grouped by level, so nobody gets left behind. Lessons run in English. Exact meeting point details arrive after booking. Ages 5 to 60 welcome; minors and over-60s sign a short waiver on site.
Route A: Sapporo Teine, the Olympic mountain.
The 1972 Winter Olympics, Asia's first, ran its alpine and luge races here. You get 16 runs across two zones, a 6 km beginner run, a dinosaur-themed kids' snow park (the biggest in Sapporo, with its own snow escalator), and a summit cafe at 1,023 m overlooking Sapporo and Ishikari Bay. First-timers practice in our reserved teaching zone with fast-track entry. You suit up in Arc'teryx; helmet, goggles and gloves: rent or buy on site, or bring your own.
Day plan: fitting at 07:45 or 08:30, about 1 hour to the resort, 4 hours of lessons and guided runs with a lunch break in between, depart at 15:50 or 16:35, back in Susukino an hour later.
Route B: Sapporo Kokusai, the snow mountain.
The snowiest of the three resorts, open from late November into early May. Seven long runs drop from the 1,100 m summit cafe; the longest beginner trail runs 3.6 km back to the base. At our private Lounge The 6 counter you skip the line: gear handed over, instructor waiting. Route B also covers helmet, goggles and gloves, plus a limited-edition souvenir glove to take home (while stocks and sizes last).
Day plan: 08:00 meet, 09:30 arrive and check in, lessons 10:30-12:30 and 13:30-15:30, lunch in between, back in Susukino around 17:30.
Route C: Sapporo Moiwa, the city mountain.
The only ski resort inside Sapporo, 20 to 30 minutes from downtown, so you start at 11:00 instead of dawn. Ten wide, gentle runs made for first-timers, families and couples. As the light fades, the whole snowfield turns gold, a photo window all to itself; then the city comes on below you: Sapporo's famous million-dollar night view. You suit up in Arc'teryx; helmet, goggles and gloves: rent or buy on site, or bring your own.
Day plan: fitting at 11:00, lunch at the resort 12:15-13:30, lessons 13:30-15:30 and 15:45-17:45, back by 18:40.
Lunch is not included; every resort has restaurants.
Pick Teine for Olympic history and the kids' park, Kokusai for the deepest snow, or Moiwa for a late start and city lights. You pick the mountain; we handle the rest.

Bring warm layers and sunscreen. Helmet, goggles and gloves are included in the Sapporo Kokusai option. For the other ski options, these items are optional; guests may bring their own or rent them on site if they wish.
