Get ready for an unforgettable day at Xel-Há, an ecological park recognized as one of the most impressive natural wonders in the world. Here, nature and fun combine perfectly to offer you a unique experience in the heart of the Riviera Maya.

We will head to this natural paradise where you can enjoy more than 20 water activities, such as snorkeling in cenotes, zip-lining over lagoons, and tours through crystal-clear rivers. Immerse yourself in a natural cove teeming with multicolored fish and discover the marine wealth that inhabits its waters. In addition, you will have unlimited access to refreshing drinks and an open bar with alcoholic beverages, as well as a buffet of traditional Mexican and international food.

You will also have access to bicycles, hammocks, floats, and life jackets. All equipment for activities, such as snorkeling gear and snorkels, is available at no additional cost. Please note that some special experiences, such as swimming with dolphins or encountering manatees, are not included and have an extra cost.

This tour lasts approximately 9 hours and is conducted with a Spanish-speaking tour guide. Round-trip transportation from your hotel in Cancun is optional but highly recommended for a comfortable experience. At the end of the day, you will return with memories of having been to one of the most magical corners of the Mexican Caribbean.

If you select the Admission Only option, transportation to and from the park is not included; you will need to arrange your own transportation.
If you choose the Transportation Option, the exact pickup time will be confirmed via WhatsApp the day before. Transportation is provided by bus with a route that stops at hotels; please be punctual, as the bus will not wait. If you miss the bus, there will be no refund.

All children aged 5 and over pay the child rate. Those aged 12 and over pay the adult rate. Children aged 4 and under travel free if they sit on your lap.
Prices according to height: over 1.4 m pay as an adult; between 1 m and 1.4 m pay the child rate; under 1 m travel free if they do not occupy a seat. All infants must be registered on the reservation; otherwise, they will not be allowed to use the transport. ID must be presented to confirm age.

The Official Voucher that we will send via WhatsApp the day before is mandatory. Without this document, access to the venue will not be possible.
