Explore the Amazon rainforest. visit to the Amazon Rescue Center, we will have a tour of the Amazon River. The second day we will visit Monkey Island and have a night tour through the jungle.
Day 1
Amazon Rescue Center
Pick up from the meeting point at 8:50 am, marking the beginning of an unforgettable adventure that immerses you in the close encounter with turtles, manatees, monkeys, sloth bears and other species rescued from illegal trade or risky conditions. Discover the rehabilitation process at the Amazon Rescue Center (CREA) in Iquitos.
Afterwards we will begin our trip to the charming town of Amak. Departing from the picturesque port of Bellavista – Nanay.
Once we arrive at the lodge, we will have a welcome refreshment and orientation for your stay in minimalist cabins, highlighting that luxury lies in the experience.
After enjoying the local cuisine, we ventured to explore the Amazon forest and navigate the Yanayaco (black river), whose black waters create a serene mirror of water perfect for fishing – on a river sunset.
At sunset, the sky and the river turn into intense colors, creating an image worthy of photography as you return to dry land.
Day 2

For the second day of our Explore Iquitos tour, we will have the magical sunrise on the river. Enjoy the natural spectacle as the sun illuminates the horizon and paints the sky with warm tones over the calm waters.
We will continue with an exciting dolphin watching session, where you can marvel at the grace and playful interaction of these charming animals.
Next, we will explore the authenticity of the culture in the Yahuas Tribe, a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the traditions and way of life of this local community. We will continue to Monkey Island, a green paradise where you can interact with monkeys in complete freedom, while learning about their unique behaviors and characteristics.
Our next destination will be the cozy Las Palmas or Timicuro Community, where you will be warmly received by the locals. Here, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the richness of their culture, learn about their customs, and enjoy the community's unique hospitality.
As night falls, we will venture on an exciting Night Walk, exploring the jungle under the light of the moon and stars. Discover the nightlife of the jungle as our expert guides take you through lantern-lit trails, revealing the mysterious activity of nocturnal animals and plants.
The experience will culminate with a Campfire Dinner, creating a cozy atmosphere where you can relax, share stories and enjoy delicious local dishes around the fire. Day 3
Amazon Reserve
After tasting a delicious breakfast at the accommodation, we will visit a small Amazon Reserve where you will see different species of animals from the Amazon.
Later we will return to the villa to rest the remaining time and have lunch.
Finally we will return to Iquitos
