3 Day Rwanda Gorillas and Golden Monkey Trekking Tour

You will go to Volcanoes National Park, home to the Gorillas and have yourself a lifetime experience. City tour in Kigali. Visit the Golden monkeys and cultural visits in the Gorilla Guardian village on this 3 Days Rwanda Gorilla and Golden Monkey Trekking Tour, you will be using your own private safari jeep.

Day 1: Pick up from Kigali - Transfer to Volcanoes National Park (Musanze) + Ellen DeGeneres Campus of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund.

On arrival at Kigali International Airport/Hotel, your driver guide will take you to the short Kigali city tour; visit Kigali genocide memorial site. Later Have lunch in Kigali city restaurant thereafter, drive to Musanze the home of Mountain Gorillas and golden monkeys. the journey takes about 2.5 hours Up on Arrival in Musanze District, you will visit the Ellen DeGeneres Campus. A multi acre eco-friendly facility adjacent to the Volcanoes national park designed to serve as gateway to the conservation efforts towards protecting Mountain gorillas, the place is full of her stories and research work, you will enjoy very interesting Gorilla conservation stories in this campus. Later Have Dinner and Overnight Stay.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking and cultural Experiences.

After an early breakfast, you will take the drive to the Park Office for Briefing which offered by the park Guides. After Briefing you will Proceed to the Starting point passing through Local Community. Later you will start Gorilla Trekking, this takes 1 to 4 Hours depending on the gorillas Movement. you will have an hour for watching them and taking photos/Videos if Possible. Thereafter you will Have Lunch in One of the Local Restaurant In Musanze District later take drive to Gorilla Guardians Village former Iby’iwacu culture village center, get entertaining history, music and stories of Rwanda and their ways of life. Later Have Dinner and Overnight Stay.

Day 3 : Golden Monkey trekking and Return back to Kigali

In the Morning after breakfast you will proceed to the park Office to meet your park guides for the briefing about Golden monkey trek and get started, once you meet the monkeys, enjoy their activities for a full hour. After completing your experiences your will have lunch in One of the Local Restaurants In Musanze District and Return Back to Kigali for Your Flight/Hotel.
