6:30 AM – Pickup from your Hotel in Delhi
Your day begins early as your Path Finder representative will meet you at your hotel in Delhi for the journey ahead. After a warm welcome, you will board a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle for the drive to Agra. As you head towards Agra, enjoy a scenic view of the countryside along the Yamuna Expressway.
Late Morning:
10:00 AM – Arrival in Agra & Visit to the Taj Mahal
Upon arrival in Agra, your first stop is the magnificent Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. A guide will take you on a detailed tour, explaining the history and architectural significance of this beautiful symbol of love. Spend approximately 2 hours here.
12:00 AM – Explore the Taj Mahal Gardens
After your tour, take some time to wander around the Taj Mahal’s lush gardens, where you can capture stunning photographs and enjoy the serene ambiance.

Next, you’ll head to the Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This red sandstone fort, which was the former residence of the Mughal emperors, is rich in history. Explore the impressive architecture, including the Jahangir Mahal, Khas Mahal, and the Musamman Burj, where Emperor Shah Jahan was imprisoned.

After lunch, it's time to join in the Diwali festivities! Agra celebrates Diwali with grand enthusiasm, and today, you’ll be part of the local celebrations. Visit one of Agra's vibrant markets, where you’ll see the streets adorned with colorful lights, traditional lanterns, and decorated with flowers. You can also take part in the Diwali preparations by making rangolis or lighting small diyas (oil lamps), symbolizing the victory of light over darkness.
Enjoy the festive atmosphere and perhaps pick up some souvenirs such as handcrafted gifts or Diwali decorations.

Late Afternoon:
4:00 PM – Visit to Mehtab Bagh for Sunset Views of Taj Mahal
To end your Agra trip on a high note, head to Mehtab Bagh, located on the opposite bank of the Yamuna River. From here, you’ll have a stunning view of the Taj Mahal, especially as the sun begins to set.
5:00 PM – Return Journey to Delhi
After a day full of history, culture, and festive fun, it's time to return to Delhi. Your Path Finder representative will escort you back to the vehicle, and you'll start your journey back, reflecting on the day's adventures.
Evening:
7:30 PM – Arrival in Delhi
You will be dropped off at your hotel in Delhi, where your memorable Same Day Agra Delight tour comes to an end. You’ll have had a wonderful day exploring the Taj Mahal, immersing yourself in Agra’s heritage, and celebrating the Diwali spirit.
