Description
Experience Mumbai’s magic after sunset! Walk along the iconic Marine Drive, savor local street food, and explore the city’s famous landmarks beautifully lit up for the night.
Get ready for a fun and relaxed evening as we explore Mumbai after dark. We’ll start our adventure at Regal Cinema, a classic spot in Colaba, and from there, it’s off to Marine Drive. This iconic stretch of the city is famous for its beautiful, glimmering lights that form a necklace along the coastline. It’s one of those places you’ll recognize from movies, and the view never gets old. Take a moment to breathe in the sea air, enjoy the lights, and get some great photos of the Art Deco buildings around.
After soaking in the view, we’ll make our way over to Chowpatty Beach, where you’ll find the best street food in Mumbai. It’s a lively spot where locals gather to enjoy Pani Puri, Pav Bhaji, Dahi Puri, and Kulfi. If you’re feeling adventurous, go ahead and try it all — each snack is a burst of Mumbai’s flavor and energy.
From there, we head to Banganga Tank, a quiet, peaceful spot tucked away in the city. It’s a little escape from the hustle, where you can appreciate some of Mumbai’s deep-rooted history. We’ll take a moment to enjoy the calm before heading to the Jain Temple. Here, you’ll learn a bit about the Jain religion and its practices, and the temple’s serene vibe will leave you feeling at peace.
Next, we’ll take a short walk up to Kamala Nehru Park, where you’ll get one of the best views of Marine Drive and the city’s skyline. It’s a perfect spot to relax, take it all in, and snap some photos of the beautiful view. After that, we’ll pass by Antilia, the world’s most expensive private home, owned by Mukesh Ambani. This towering mansion is hard to miss, and it’s a reminder of the incredible mix of old and new in Mumbai.
We’ll then head over to Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST), a stunning building that’s both a working train station and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The station is gorgeous at night, with all its gothic details beautifully lit up. Finally, we’ll end the evening at the Gateway of India. It’s one of Mumbai’s most iconic landmarks, and it’s especially beautiful when lit up at night. It’s the perfect place to wrap up a night full of new sights, flavors, and memories.
This tour is all about experiencing the real Mumbai at night — the food, the history, and the views that make this city so special. Whether you’re a local or a first-time visitor, it’s an experience you’ll remember for a long time.
