Description

Discover Old Delhi with an anthropologist-led walk through spice bazaars, hidden alleys, and timeless tales. A soulful journey of history, culture, and street charm.
This isn’t your typical Old Delhi tour — it’s a curated experience led by Anas Khan, an anthropologist, writer, and TEDx speaker who grew up in these very lanes.

We begin outside the majestic Red Fort, where Delhi’s destiny was shaped. From there, we dive into the buzzing streets of Chandni Chowk — exploring Dariba Kalan, the historic silver market, and Kinari Bazaar, known for its dazzling wedding embellishments. A peaceful stop at a 19th-century Jain temple offers a moment of reflection amidst the chaos.

We then hop into a traditional tuk-tuk, zipping through the vibrant madness toward Khari Baoli — Asia’s largest spice market — where the air itself is a cocktail of cardamom, saffron, and stories.

Finally, we wind down at Jama Masjid, the grand mosque that stands as the spiritual and architectural heart of Shahjahanabad. The tour ends with a panoramic view of Old Delhi from the mosque steps, where past and present come together.

Expect a soulful, sensory experience — filled with storytelling, history, humor, and the hidden charm only a true Dilliwala can show you.
