IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
• Each participant must be able to ride independently a bike.
• Minors (17 or younger) must be accompanied by an adult for the entire tour.
• All of our tours operate rain or shine, and we have rain ponchos available. Please dress appropriately for the weather: we suggest hats and sunscreen for sunny days, and warm layers, gloves, and scarves for the winter. Don't forget waterproof clothing if rain is expected!
• Kids are welcome: we recommend for younger riders who are experienced, comfortable riding in a group, navigate on various surfaces and shared traffic roads.
Meeting point at Fat Tire Office located in Via dei Cimatori 9 Red, Florence.
Directions from the Duomo Cathedral Square: If you are facing the front of the church, turn right on Via dei Calzaiuoli and walk straight on, turn left on the 4th cross street, which is Via dei Cimatori.
Directions from Piazza della Signoria: face the statue of the man on horseback, on your right there is “Il Cavallino” restaurant. Take that street (via delle Farine) and turn right onto the second cross street, which is Via dei Cimatori.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
