All participants who are 12 years and older must present a Reinforced Green Pass that is valid in the EU and has a verifiable QR code. Reinforced Green Passes can only be obtained by uploading either proof of full vaccination or proof of a Covid-19 infection within the last 6 months to either the Green Pass or Covid Certificate app
All participants must also bring a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. passport, driver's license, etc)
• Meet your guide at Villa Costanza, Florence Coach Station. You can easily reach the meeting point by riding on the T1 Leonardo tramway in the direction of Villa Costanza (you have to get off at Villa Costanza stop which is also the end of the line).
• The tram ride is around 20 min from city center and you can choose the nearest stop from you.
• Upon arrival, your guide will be waiting for you wearing a green uniform with the local partner's logo.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
