• The validity of the hop-on hop-off bus ticket begins when you exchange the voucher
• The date on the voucher is the date of the guided tour and cannot be changed
• The bus ticket is only valid for open buses
· The guided tour is 1 hour 15 minutes and is in English
• Recorded commentary on the bus is available in multiple languages
• The local partner will send you another voucher with all the information for museum access, such as meeting point and access time in case of ticket entrance option
• Closing days: Mondays; 1 May; and the 1st Sunday of every month
• If you purchase the ticket entrance option, the local partner will select a specific entrance time from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM
You are required to bring and wear a mask
All participants who are 12 years and older must present a Reinforced Green Pass that is valid in the EU and has a verifiable QR code. Reinforced Green Passes can only be obtained by uploading either proof of full vaccination or proof of a Covid-19 infection within the last 6 months to either the Green Pass or Covid Certificate app
All participants are required to bring and wear FFP2 masks. Blue surgical masks will not be accepted

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
