Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the activity starts. Please bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, swimwear and a towel. Children must be accompanied by an adult. We offer complimentary hotel pickup and drop-off from any hotel or resort located within the Nilaveli and Trincomalee areas. Please share your accommodation details or hotel name when booking so we can coordinate your exact pickup time.
If you are staying outside our pickup area or traveling independently, our direct meeting point is at Nilaveli Beach, directly near the main boat launch area. Look for our guides in branded uniforms near the boats. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled activity time.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
