We offer complimentary hotel pickup and drop-off from any hotel or resort located within the Nilaveli and Trincomalee areas. Please share your accommodation details or hotel name when booking so we can coordinate your exact pickup time.
If you are staying outside our pickup area or traveling independently, our direct meeting point is at Nilaveli Beach, directly near the main boat launch area. Look for our guides in branded uniforms near the boats. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled activity time.
