Your experience begins as the Croissant Master and his assistant welcome you into their world. This isn't a typical museum tour – it's a lively interactive show that feels part theater, part workshop, and part cultural immersion. The presentation is conducted entirely in English (not translated), making it perfect for international visitors.

Learn the legend behind the croissants and how they got their name, then discover the secret recipe and traditional ingredients used for over a century. Roll up your sleeves as volunteers from the audience don traditional costumes and help the Master prepare croissants using authentic tools. If you book the "Croissant & Goats Show" option (starting at 11 AM or 2 PM), you'll witness the famous mechanical goats butting heads at noon or 3 PM from the museum's windows – the best view in town, above the crowds and comfortable regardless of weather. Learn the fascinating legend of how this unusual mechanism came to Poznan's City Hall tower.
