**Cooking Class**

Join a special Anatolian cooking class in a traditional stone house. During this hands-on experience, prepare local dishes from selected menus and learn cooking techniques and secrets from “Mother Havva” (Eve), together with Chef Tolga. Cook the recipes with your own hands while discovering the traditions of Anatolian cuisine.

After the cooking session, enjoy the dishes you prepared while overlooking the beautiful valley view and experiencing the atmosphere of a traditional Anatolian kitchen. During your time in the Anatolian house, not only learn about local dishes but also discover how to prepare traditional desserts and different kinds of pastries.

**Lunch**

Enjoy a local Turkish fixed menu food served in a restaurant. The menu consists of soup, traditional dips, hot appetizers, main course, and dessert. Meals include regional dishes inspired by traditional family recipes rooted in Ottoman cuisine.

Instead of alcoholic drinks, a traditional yogurt drink called “ayran” is served with the meal. The restaurant is located in a beautiful stone house on the edge of the valley, offering a peaceful and scenic atmosphere.


**Beekeeping Workshop**

Experience traditional beekeeping in the unique landscape of Cappadocia and learn about the fascinating world of bees. During this workshop, local beekeepers will introduce you to the basics of beekeeping, the importance of bees for nature, and traditional honey production methods used in the region.

Learn how beehives work, discover how honey is produced and harvested, and understand the role of bees in nature and agriculture. Taste fresh, natural honey produced in the region.

This experience takes place in a peaceful natural setting surrounded by the beautiful valleys of Cappadocia. At the end of the experience, have the chance to taste local honey and learn how different types of honey vary in flavor depending on local flowers.

Cooking classes are offered twice a day: Lunch Cooking Class starts at 11:00 AM, Dinner Cooking Class starts at 5:00 PM.

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
