Come hide away! You're going to experience the lure of a classic speakeasy. Once inside our master mixologist will give a fun class discussing techniques, history and the spirits that lift our spirits
The Cocktail Class (Introduction to Mixology)
Includes a Welcome Mojito, because Mojitos are our love language and our specialty of course. Ian Phillips is our Master Bartender in charge to take our guests into our Speakeasy and teach the Class which includes 2 cocktails (of course they get to drink their results :), he teaches the fundamental techniques for building prohibition-era cocktails with precision and a little southern twang. And a general introduction to craft libations rooted in prohibition, and interwoven with southern seaport and Latin American culture. While the course is being taught, guests will be encouraged to create their own cocktails based in history and develop the skills necessary to create their own libations at their home bars, we also accompany the class with Latin American bites ❤️‍

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
