You're going to experience the lure of a classic speakeasy. Once inside our master mixologist will give a fun class discussing techniques, history and the spirits that lift our spirits
The Cocktail Class (Introduction to Mixology)
Includes a Welcome Mojito, because Mojitos are our love language and our specialty of course. Ian Phillips is our Master Bartender in charge to take our guests into our Speakeasy and teach the Class which includes 2 cocktails (of course they get to drink their results :), he teaches the fundamental techniques for building prohibition-era cocktails with precision and a little southern twang. And a general introduction to craft libations rooted in prohibition, and interwoven with southern seaport and Latin American culture. While the course is being taught, guests will be encouraged to create their own cocktails based in history and develop the skills necessary to create their own libations at their home bars, we also accompany the class with Latin American bites ❤️
