How to Search and Book an Excursion on Clicatour

  • Think where you would like to go.
  • Visit the Website: Go to Clicatour main page.
  • Choose Your Destination: Use the search bar or select from the destination categories (e.g., Europe, Asia, Africa).
  • Browse Available Excursions: View the list of available activities for your chosen destination.
  • Select an Excursion: Click on an excursion to see details, including duration, price, and itinerary.
  • Book the Excursion: Click the “Book Now” button, choose your date, and enter the required information.
  • Confirm Booking: Complete the payment process and receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
Booking confirmation and ticket

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a Clicatour branded PDF voucher. For certain attractions, we might send you the activity provider’s ticket instead.

The voucher includes essential details such as booking information, lead traveler’s name, pickup or meeting point location, validity period, items to bring, and cancellation policy. Additionally, it contains the booking reference and PIN code for cancellations or rescheduling. Contact information for both Clicatour and the activity provider is also provided for any assistance needed with your booking.


To cancel your booking (see the cancellation policy on your voucher), please use the information which you can find on your voucher using your booking reference and PIN.

Possible infringement of copyright

We take copyright infringement very seriously and will respond to any reports. In every reported case we will investigate and take appropriate action if informed.

Please understand that our system is automated. It contain few hundred of thousands of excursions. Every excursion is created and maintained by the excursion provider who uploads the information and photos independently and without our control. In accordance to out terms of service, the provider must have the rights to upload the content and it is his responsibility. We are not able to check every single item uploaded to our website. We rely on our users to report any content that may infringe on their rights.

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:

  • A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site with URL.
  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  • Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

The communication must be written in English or Spanish.
Please, print your claim on the paper.
The claim must be signed by hand with a blue pen.

The communication by e-mail or by other electronic means are unreliable, there is no guarantee we receive it. We also started to receive a lot of false or fraudulent messages and claims sent by scammers. That's why since the beginning of May 2024 our e-mail accounts have been deactivated and we no longer receive any emails.
