Begin with convenient pickup from your hotel in Guilin or Yangshuo and travel to the cooking experience venue. Meet your cooking instructor and start with a visit to a local food market. Walk through the market and discover fresh vegetables, herbs, spices, meats, and regional ingredients commonly used in southern Chinese cooking. Learn about local shopping habits, everyday food culture, and the ingredients that will later become part of your meal.

After the market visit, continue to the cooking venue for a hands-on class. With guidance from your instructor, learn to prepare four Chinese dishes yourself. Discover practical preparation methods, seasoning techniques, and cooking skills while taking part in each step of the process. This is an interactive experience where you cook the dishes yourself rather than simply watching a demonstration.

After lunch, continue by comfortable vehicle to Ruyi Peak. On arrival, take the cable car into the mountain area and enjoy elevated views across Yangshuo’s dramatic karst landscape. After the Ruyi Peak experience, relax on the return transfer to your hotel in Guilin or Yangshuo.
