2. Install and activate the eSIM before departure so you can connect to the internet as soon as you land.
3. Select the device you want to install the eSIM on: Android or iOS.
4. If there is a QR code on another device, select “Scan QR Code.”
5. If you cannot scan the QR code, select “Enter Activation Code Manually.”
6. If you run into connection issues, you can contact us through the platform's instant messaging, and we’ll get it sorted for you right away.

- Scan the QR code with your phone's camera.
- Tap “Cellular Plan” to install it.
Enter the Link Manually
- Go to “Settings” > ‘Cellular’ > “Add eSIM” > “Enter Details Manually.”
- Enter the “Activation Code,” then tap “Next.”
