Travel by ferry to Great Keppel Island and spend the day at your own pace. Snorkel with full-day gear hire and enjoy lunch with a drink at GKI Hideaway.
Travel from Rosslyn Bay Harbour to Great Keppel Island for a flexible, self-guided day by the water. Your package includes return ferry transfers, full-day snorkel equipment hire, lunch, and one refreshment.
Make your own way to Pier One at Rosslyn Bay Marina, 15 John Howes Drive, Rosslyn, and arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. After the ferry crossing, collect your snorkelling equipment from Keppel Dive and Snorkel, then explore the island independently. Choose to swim, relax on the beach, or set out for Shelving Beach or Monkey Beach for snorkelling.
The walks to the snorkelling beaches take around 35 to 45 minutes through bush tracks. As the tracks are not well signed, check directions with Keppel Dive or GKI Hideaway reception before setting off. Enclosed shoes are required for these access walks.
Later, head to GKI Hideaway and choose a lunch item from the menu, served with one refreshment such as Great Northern beer, house wine, soft drink, or water. Lunch is available from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with service extended until 3:30 PM during school holidays and on Fridays and Saturdays.
Return your snorkel equipment to Keppel Dive by 3:00 PM, then be at Fisherman's Beach at least 15 minutes before the return ferry departure. Finish your island escape with a ferry transfer back to Rosslyn. Your return ferry departs Great Keppel Island at 4:00 PM, so please be on Fisherman's Beach by 3:45 PM.

Check in at the Keppel Ferry Co building at Pier One, Rosslyn Bay Marina, 15 John Howes Drive, Rosslyn, at least 30 minutes before departure. Please be on time as late arrivals can't be accommodated. Your return ferry departs Great Keppel Island at 4:00 PM, so be on Fisherman's Beach by 3:45 PM.
