Beginning with a curated tasting of Queensland ingredients, you’ll then explore the historic City Botanic Gardens, where Brisbane’s subtropical identity and agricultural history come to life beneath the Walter Hill Macadamia tree.
From there, enjoy a progressive tasting experience at three of the city’s most celebrated venues — featuring savoury bites, seasonal desserts and a mini cocktail demonstration to finish.
This small-group experience (maximum 8 guests) blends food, history, produce and storytelling into a refined tasting journey that showcases Brisbane’s past, present and future through flavour.

- Delve into Brisbane’s culinary heritage — from Indigenous knowledge to modern dining — while enjoying a refined share-style savoury tasting with a paired wine, highlighting seasonal, climate-driven Queensland ingredients.
- Continue with a relaxed riverfront stroll to your dessert destination. Step inside an iconic heritage venue for a guided walkthrough and sweet tasting, featuring seasonal dessert canapés or a dessert and cheese pairing.
- Finish with a celebratory mini cocktail and demonstration in one of Brisbane’s most atmospheric heritage bars.
