Step into Be Blessed Scent Studio in Da Lat for an intimate one-hour journey through scent and breath, in a small group of no more than five people.

Begin with a short chakra assessment that helps you notice which of your seven energy centres may be asking for attention, from the grounding Root to the expansive Crown. Your guide will walk you through your results and the qualities each chakra is traditionally linked to.

Next, explore a curated palette of essential oils and dried herbs. With step-by-step guidance from an experienced aromatherapy practitioner, you'll choose the notes that resonate with you and blend them into your own chakra-balancing formula, then fill your personal 10 ml roll-on bottle.

To close, settle into a guided pranayama practice: simple breathing techniques chosen to complement your blend, helping you feel calmer, more centred and more present.

You'll leave with your handmade roll-on oil and a small ritual you can continue at home. No experience is needed, and the workshop is led in English or Vietnamese.
